Bangladesh, Aug. 11 -- Bangladesh has recorded 756 more hospital admissions with dengue across the country in the past 24 hours.

Advertisement No deaths were reported during the period.

The latest figures take this year's total hospitalisations to 20,827, while the death toll stands at 61.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) bulletin on Tuesday, 110 patients were admitted to hospitals in Dhaka North City Corporation and 106 in Dhaka South.

Another 158 were admitted to hospitals elsewhere in Dhaka Division.

The figures were 80 in Barishal Division, 89 in Chattogram, 101 in Khulna, 27 in Mymensingh, 63 in Rajshahi, 17 in Rangpur and five in Sylhet.
