Bangladesh, July 15 -- Seven more children died from measles and measles-like symptoms in the past 24 hours until 8:0 am on Tuesday, according to health authorities.

Advertisement With the latest daily tally, the total fatalities from measles related deaths rose to 765 since mid-March this year.

Of the total fatalities, 94 were reported as confirmed measles cases, said the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in its daily bulletin.

Meanwhile, as many as 868 suspected and 122 confirmed measles infections were reported in the past 24 hours. The total suspected measles infections rose 113,244 and confirmed infections to 13,735 since March15 last, said DGHS.
