Dhaka, Feb. 26 -- The 405th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at the Corporate Head Office of the bank.

The meeting was presided over by Chairman Mr. Mohammed Younus. The board approved a number of investment proposals, according to a press release.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed&Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman,the Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Barek, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman, Mr. Abdul Hakim, the Independent Directors Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.
