Dhaka, April 15 -- Another 25 children with measles symptoms have been admitted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital over the past 24 hours, taking the number of patients now under treatment there to 88.

Eleven children have recovered and been discharged during the same period, Assistant Director (Administration) Dr Muhammad Main Uddin Khan said.

The latest admissions were recorded between 9L00 am on Tuesday and 9:00 am on Wednesday, reports bdnews24.com.

Hospital authorities said a total of 482 children had been admitted with measles symptoms between Mar 17 and Wednesday morning.

Of them, 381 have since recovered and been discharged, while 13 children have died.
