New Delhi, Oct. 16 -- Vivo's X Fold6 can take an optional telephoto extender that the company says gives a 200mm-equivalent view, but the accessory's optics supply 2.35 times magnification and digital cropping covers the rest. The detail sits in a footnote on Vivo's own product page, and it changes how the headline number should be read.

PetaPixel reported on October 15 that the foldable has gone global with a camera system co-engineered with Zeiss, and that it works with the Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2. The phone costs €2,200 in Europe, about $2,465 at current exchange rates.
