WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Until recently, a domestic flight was one of the last places an immigration lawyer would warn their client about. The TSA checkpoint was an aviation security line, not an immigration checkpoint, and a visa overstay, however technically unlawful, had never been grounds for handcuffs before boarding a plane.
