New Delhi, June 13 -- President Donald Trump announced on Friday that the United States and Iran had reached a deal to end their war, that it had been approved at the highest level of Iranian leadership, and that he had got everything we wanted. Within hours Iran's foreign ministry said none of that was true yet, and the distance between the two statements is the most accurate description available of where the war actually stands.
