New Delhi, July 22 -- PONTE VEDRA BEACH - Three of professional golf's major organizing bodies announced a multi-year strategic partnership Tuesday that takes effect immediately and restructures the global tour ecosystem through at least 2029, with the Asian Tour formally aligning with the PGA Tour and DP World Tour network and leaving behind its previous relationship with LIV Golf.

The agreement, announced jointly by the PGA Tour, DP World Tour and Asian Tour on July 21, creates defined pathways for top Asian Tour players to earn cards on the DP World Tour beginning in 2027.
