Kremlin Rejects Reports of Putin-Zelensky US Summit, Moscow Says No Proposal Received
New Delhi, June 16 -- Moscow has not received any official proposal to organize a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the United States, according to Kremlin foreign policy aide Yury Ushakov.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Ushakov said that Russia had not been approached with any formal initiative regarding a summit between Putin and Zelensky on US soil. He noted that the Kremlin was aware only of media reports discussing such a possibility and had received no direct communication on the matter.
