New Delhi, Oct. 15 -- Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey have welcomed their second daughter, Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey, making their three-year-old daughter Matilda a big sister. The baby was born October 12, the couple revealed in separate Instagram announcements Wednesday.
