New Delhi, July 28 -- NEW YORK - John Mulaney announced Tuesday a nine-night run through the city's most storied stages, a progression from the Comedy Cellar's 115-seat basement room to Madison Square Garden's 20,000-seat arena that will unfold on nine consecutive nights beginning January 7, 2027. He is calling it "Mulaney Takes Manhattan."

Each night lands at a different venue, and each venue carries its own history, audience expectations, and production logic.
