DEIR AL-BALAH, Aug. 23 -- The people standing near the entrance to the Maghazi refugee camp on Sunday were doing nothing that would look like a target. A drone struck the group. One man was killed, several were wounded, and at least one of them was in a critical condition, according to an account given to RIA Novosti by a witness who was not named.
