Tova Noel, June 9 -- Seven years after Jeffrey Epstein was found hanging in a federal jail cell, the guard who was supposed to be watching him has told Congress she has spent those years fielding threats from strangers, reading theories that she helped murder him, and waiting for an accounting that has never come.
