The meeting, which commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 12:39 p.m., was attended by 85 members. The proceedings were conducted in compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
