Tanzania, Aug. 14 -- Dar es Salaam. American R&B star Trey Songz has urged Tanzanian youth not to give up on pursuing their dreams, stressing that self-confidence, creativity and perseverance are key to achieving success.

Trey Songz made the remarks yesterday while speaking to university students who participated in a special entrepreneurship program, iMbeju, organised by CRDB Bank as part of efforts to empower young people to develop their talents and business ideas.

The artiste said young people should believe in their abilities and not allow other people's opinions to make them abandon their dreams, explaining that people often fail to understand other people's dreams because they cannot see them in the same way as the dreamer does....
