Tanzania, May 29 -- Dodoma. The government has started looking for investors to undertake major redevelopment projects in Dar es Salaam's Msasani and Sinza areas as part of wider plans to modernise deteriorating urban settlements and improve Tanzania's investment environment through better land management systems.
