Tanzania, Sept. 9 -- Dar es Salaam. Treason trial accused person, Chadema national chair Tundu Lissu, failed to contain his frustration over how his witness, Ms Brenda Rupia, was cross-examined regarding her profession in relation to her responsibilities within the party.

In the middle of the interrogation, Mr Lissu was forced to intervene while complaining about the prosecutor cross-examining the witness, Senior State Attorney Job Mrema.

Mr Lissu expressed annoyance, stating that the attorney was cross-examining the witness too loudly.

A second time, Mr Lissu was also forced to intervene, expressing displeasure over State Attorney Mrema calling the witness a fraudster, while stating that the word is unrecognised and is local slang fro...
