Five Americans, Ecuador intelligence chief among seven killed in Kenya tourism helicopter crash
Tanzania, Aug. 20 -- Nairobi. Seven people, including five Americans and Ecuador's intelligence chief, were killed when a tourist helicopter crashed in northern Kenya on Wednesday morning, according to Kenyan authorities.
The helicopter went down near Mount Ololokwe in Samburu County at about 9:13am local time while travelling from the Loisaba wildlife conservancy towards the Ewaso Nyiro area, the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) said. All seven people on board - six passengers and the pilot - died in the crash.
