Tanzania, April 26 -- Arusha. A case has been filed before the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights in Arusha, accusing the government of Mali of deploying Russian mercenaries against civilians, allegedly resulting in the killing of more than 500 people.
The case is expected to be heard during the Court's 81st Ordinary Session, scheduled to begin in June 2026.
