Tanzania, Sept. 4 -- A1 Iron & Steel Tanzania Limited has collaborated with John Cockerill, a global leader in metallurgical tech-nology, in a move expected to accel-erate the development of advanced steel manufacturing in Tanzania and strengthen the country's position as a regional industrial hub.

The partnership combines A1 Iron & Steel's investment in Tanza-nia with John Cockerill's expertise in advanced steel-processing technolo-gies, particularly cold rolling.

The collaboration forms part of A1 Iron & Steel's development of an integrated Cold Rolling Complex, which will expand the company's ability to produce higher-value steel products for Tanzania and the wider East African market.
