Westin Dhaka launches quality enhancement initiative
Bangladesh, July 16 -- The Westin Dhaka has launched a comprehensive quality enhancement initiative aimed at upgrading its facilities, strengthening maintenance standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience as competition in Bangladesh's luxury hospitality sector intensifies.
Led by General Manager Gary Farstad, the initiative focuses on preventive maintenance, refurbishment of guest rooms and public areas, engineering improvements, and operational efficiency. Upgrades are being carried out across guestrooms, food and beverage outlets, lighting systems, mechanical equipment, and other guest-facing facilities.
