Bangladesh, June 30 -- According to a press release from the embassy, the week-long program will be held in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Rajshahi, showcasing American culture, history, and values through a series of public events.

U.S. Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T. Christensen will lead the celebrations, which include Freedom 250 Concerts featuring the U.S. Army's 25th Infantry Division Brass Band, an American Fair at Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park in Dhaka, the launch of a Founders Museum exhibition in Sylhet, and several other events across the country.
