UK-backed AVSEC supervisors training concludes at HSIA
Bangladesh, Aug. 28 -- The UK Department for Transport (DfT) has completed an Aviation Security Supervisor Training program at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, organized under the initiative of the British High Commission in Bangladesh.
The five-working-day course, coordinated by the Aviation Security (AVSEC) Division of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB), was attended by AVSEC supervisors and officials from airports across the country.
UK-based trainers covered a range of critical aviation security topics, focusing on evolving security risks, supervisory capability building, and strengthening effective security management practices.
