Bangladesh, Aug. 24 -- Prime Bank has promoted Syed M Omar Tayub to the position of Additional Managing Director, recognizing his more than 26 years of experience across various areas of banking.

Tayub is currently serving on deputation as Managing Director and CEO of Prime Bank Investment PLC, where he has led the company's transformation. He will continue in that role alongside his new position at Prime Bank.

His banking career spans investment banking, SME and consumer banking, branch operations and credit risk management.
