Bangladesh, Aug. 13 -- The Singapore High Commission in Dhaka organized a three-day Singapore Cooking Workshop for 20 students of the National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI), as part of celebrations marking Singapore's 61st National Day.

Held from August 10 to 12, the program aimed to promote cultural exchange and provide aspiring hospitality professionals with hands-on experience in preparing traditional Singaporean dishes.

Participants received practical training from a Singaporean chef and learned to prepare popular dishes including Hainanese Chicken Rice, Chilli Crab, Kueh Pie Tee, Nasi Lemak, Chicken Satay, Curry Puff, Ondeh Ondeh and Singapore Spicy Vermicelli.
