Bangladesh, July 28 -- Luxury beach property Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa in Cox's Bazar signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IFIC Bank PLC during a ceremony held in the capital on July 27.

Under the agreement, debit and credit cardholders of the bank will enjoy exclusive privileges at the resort.

Amjad Hossain, Director of Sales and Marketing, Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa, and Helal Ahmed, Chief of Branch Business and Head of Operations, IFIC Bank PLC, signed the deal on behalf of their respective organizations. Other high officials from both organizations were also present on the occasion.
