Bangladesh, Aug. 17 -- Imran Haider, High Commissioner of Pakistan to Bangladesh, formally inaugurated the event on August 16, along with Deputy High Commissioner Muhammad Wasif and other officials of the diplomatic mission. Representatives from media organizations, food bloggers, and influencers also attended the inauguration.

To ensure authenticity, Hotel Sarina Dhaka has flown in Guest Chef Rai Abbas from Pakistan specifically for the festival. Chef Abbas has put together a menu drawing on recipes from across the country's different regions.
