Bangladesh, July 1 -- Oman's low-cost airline SalamAir announces the launch of its new direct service between Muscat and Sylhet from September 2026.

The airline will operate three weekly flights on the route, said a release. SalamAir already operates seven weekly flights from Dhaka as well as 12 weekly flights from Chattogram.

The new route offers travelers convenient departures from both Muscat and Salalah, with seamless connections via Muscat, providing passengers with more accessibility across Oman, added the release.

On the occasion, the carrier is offering one-way fares from OMR 66.99.
