Bangladesh, July 16 -- Thailand's Phyathai 2 Hospital and Phyathai Phaholyothin Hospital are strengthening their presence in Bangladesh as the country emerges as one of their fastest-growing international patient markets, with Bangladeshi patient numbers increasing by around 10 percent annually.

In an interview with The Bangladesh Monitor, Sorawong Siribunpan, International Marketing Director of the two hospitals, said the group expects to treat more than 3,000 Bangladeshi patients this year, reflecting growing confidence in Thailand's healthcare system and the hospitals' services.

He described Bangladesh as a strategic market and said the group is committed to expanding partnerships and improving services for Bangladeshi patients.
