Bangladesh, Sept. 18 -- The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) will provide a USD 2 million grant to Bangladesh to upgrade the Bangladesh-Korea Technical Training Center (BKTTC) in Chattogram and strengthen its technical and vocational training programs.

The Government of Bangladesh and KOICA signed the Record of Discussion (RoD) and Terms of Reference (ToR) for the project titled "Ex-Post Management Project for Enhancing the Vocational Training Program of TTC, Chittagong" on September 17, according to a press release.

The project will be implemented by the Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) under the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment.
