China, Bangladesh seek to deepen cultural cooperation
Bangladesh, July 29 -- China and Bangladesh have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral cultural ties, with both sides agreeing to expand cooperation in culture, arts, and the preservation of intangible cultural heritage.
The understanding came during a meeting on July 28 between Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Yao Wen and Cultural Affairs Minister Nitai Roy Chowdhury, alongside State Minister Ali Newaz Mahmood Khyom, according to a press release issued by the Chinese Embassy. Ministry Secretary Kaniz Moula also attended the meeting.
