Dhaka, April 12 -- The chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) Air Vice Marshal Md. Mostafa Mahmood Siddiq has directed authorities to improve service standards and expedite procedures for Hajj pilgrims during visits to key facilities in Dhaka.
He inspected the Hajj camp and Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on April 12 to review overall preparations for the upcoming pilgrimage.
During the visit, he assessed passenger readiness, ongoing operations, and service delivery and spoke with staff at various counters. He instructed all concerned agencies to ensure better passenger services, with a particular focus on speeding up processes and making them more efficient for pilgrims.
