Bangladesh, July 14 -- The British High Commission in Dhaka on July 14 hosted a send-off reception for Bangladeshi athletes who will represent the country at the Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland, later this month.

Hosted by British High Commissioner Sarah Cooke, the event celebrated the dedication and achievements of the athletes while wishing them success as they prepare to compete on one of the Commonwealth's biggest sporting stages, read a press release.

Bangladesh will participate in four disciplines at the games - athletics, boxing, artistic gymnastics, and swimming.
