Dhaka, March 31 -- Bangladesh and Ireland have reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral relations, placing particular emphasis on enhanced cooperation in migration and cultural exchange.
During a courtesy meeting held this morning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ambassador of Ireland to Bangladesh (resident in New Delhi), Kevin Kelly, met with the State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shama Obaed Islam. The Irish envoy congratulated the state minister on her recent appointment and expressed optimism about further strengthening ties between the two nations, read a press release.
