Bangladesh, June 28 -- The day-long workshop ran from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Bishwa Sahitya Kendra in Banglamotor, bringing together experienced tour guides, tourism professionals, travel entrepreneurs, students, and young enthusiasts interested in the tourism industry.

Through presentations, group discussions, teamwork exercises, and practical experience-sharing sessions, participants explored the responsibilities of professional tour guides, destination interpretation, visitor management techniques, communication skills, customer service standards, safety considerations, and emerging trends in tourism.
