AirAsia sees growing opportunity in Bangladesh as Southeast Asia travel demand strengthens
Bangladesh, Sept. 16 -- AirAsia is seeing renewed demand from Bangladeshi travelers as international travel continues to recover, with leisure, education, business and family visits driving interest in Southeast Asia, according to Morshedul Alam Chaklader, Managing Director of TAS Group, the airline's general sales agent (GSA) in Bangladesh.
Talking to The Bangladesh Monitor, Chaklader said travelers are increasingly focused on overall value, weighing fares alongside schedules, baggage allowances and connectivity when choosing an airline.
