New Delhi, July 20 -- US technology major Salesforce on Monday launched SMB Growth Kit in India, a bundled offering combining its AI-powered Agentforce Sales platform, Slack and Tableau, as the CRM giant looks to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption among the country's small and medium businesses.
The offering is designed to help SMBs replace fragmented business applications with a single platform that integrates customer relationship management, workplace collaboration and business analytics. Salesforce said the solution can be deployed within four to six weeks through its reseller partner network in India.
The launch comes as enterprise software vendors increasingly target India's SMB segment, which has emerged as a key growth market for AI-enabled business applications. While larger enterprises have begun scaling generative AI deployments, many smaller businesses continue to rely on spreadsheets and disconnected software tools for sales, operations and customer management.
The SMB Growth Kit brings together Agentforce Sales, Salesforce's AI-powered sales platform, Slack for enterprise collaboration, and Tableau for analytics and business intelligence.
According to Salesforce, Agentforce Sales enables businesses to automate lead assignment, manage sales pipelines, generate forecasts and receive AI-driven opportunity recommendations without requiring dedicated data science expertise. The platform also provides mobile access and workflow automation to improve sales productivity.
Slack serves as the collaboration layer, allowing teams across sales, customer support, HR, IT and operations to communicate and manage workflows from a single interface, while Tableau provides real-time dashboards for tracking sales performance, pipeline health and revenue trends.
Mankiran Chowhan, managing director of Salesforce India, said many Indian SMBs are investing in AI but struggle to implement it because customer data, team conversations and business insights remain fragmented.
"SMB Growth Kit gives growing businesses one connected system where sales activity, team conversations and live insights work together, helping teams act with more confidence, fewer blind spots and less guesswork," Chowhan said.
Swaroop Kaja, regional vice president, sales, Salesforce India, said the integrated platform allows businesses to manage sales, collaboration and analytics from a unified system while creating a data foundation for future AI adoption.
The company said the offering includes structured onboarding, implementation support and post-deployment services, and will initially be available exclusively through select Salesforce reseller partners in India.
The announcement builds on Salesforce's broader Agentforce strategy, under which the company has been embedding AI agents across its CRM portfolio as enterprises increasingly seek autonomous AI tools capable of handling sales, customer service and business workflows with minimal human intervention.
