New Delhi, March 10 -- Moglix, a B2B (business-to-business) commerce and supply chain platform focused on industrial and manufacturing procurement, has appointed Animesh Srivastava as chief technology officer (CTO), tasking him with leading the company's technology strategy and expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities.
Based in Noida, Moglix said Srivastava will head engineering, product development, data science and AI platform architecture across the company's business verticals. His mandate includes scaling Cognilix, the company's AI-led operating system for B2B commerce, and strengthening Moglix's technology infrastructure as it expands globally.
The appointment comes as Moglix positions itself as an AI-first platform focused on transforming procurement and supply chain management for manufacturing and infrastructure companies.
Srivastava brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, mobile platforms and electric mobility. He previously founded Ajani Infotech, where he built a portfolio of more than 1,000 mobile applications spanning gaming and consumer categories, with over 100 million cumulative downloads. He also co-founded electric mobility startup Massive Mobility and served as chief executive of GoMassive Earth Network.
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Srivastava has worked across India and the United States and brings a mix of startup and enterprise technology experience.
Founder and chief executive Rahul Garg said technology and AI will play a central role as industrial supply chains grow more complex. "As industrial supply chains become more complex, technology and AI are central to how we scale and create value," Garg said in a statement, adding that Srivastava's engineering background and founder-led mindset would help strengthen the company's technology platform.
Moglix operates one of Asia's large B2B commerce platforms for industrial procurement, connecting more than 45,000 suppliers with enterprise customers globally. Over the past decade, the company said it has facilitated transactions worth over $40 billion, while offering more than 1.2 million stock-keeping units (SKUs) and operating across more than 80 countries with a network of 58 warehouses.
The company is also betting on Cognilix, its AI-powered platform designed to integrate procurement, inventory management and supplier collaboration into enterprise systems. Moglix said the system is built on a decade of industrial transaction data and aims to help companies improve procurement efficiency, optimise inventory and gain real-time visibility across supplier networks.
