New Delhi, May 26 -- Digital engineering services company Happiest Minds Technologies has approved its FY27 strategic plan and reaffirmed a revenue growth guidance of 12.5%, while retaining an aspirational target of 15%, as it sharpened its focus on artificial intelligence-led services and platforms.

The Bengaluru-based company's board approved the plan amid expectations that accelerating enterprise AI adoption and digital transformation demand will continue to create growth opportunities, according to a company statement released on Monday.

As part of the strategy, Happiest Minds announced a new flagship offering - the Enterprise AI Platform - which it described as its 12th strategic AI initiative. The platform is designed as a modular and scalable foundation to help enterprises deploy AI applications, spanning generative AI and agentic automation capabilities.

The move reflects a broader shift among technology service providers seeking to move beyond AI experimentation and create reusable enterprise-grade systems that can support deployment, governance and operational scale.

The platform will combine reusable components, accelerators, industry solutions and governance frameworks aimed at helping enterprises operationalise AI while addressing security and compliance requirements. The company said the initiative also marks a transition from AI enablement services toward solutions focused on operational efficiency and business outcomes.

"Our confidence in our growth outlook remains unchanged. AI is not a headwind but a tailwind, opening up newer opportunities for enterprises to re-imagine, re-engineer, and re-accelerate their digital journeys," said Ashok Soota.

The company said its FY27 strategy will also focus on deepening relationships with Fortune 500 customers, expanding technology partnerships, hiring AI talent and scaling AI-led offerings across software development, cloud operations, cybersecurity and modernization services.

Joseph Anantharaju said the platform represented a key milestone in the company's AI-first journey and was intended to strengthen long-term competitiveness through investments in AI innovation and engineering.

Happiest Minds, which reported annualised revenue of more than $260 million as of February 2026 and serves over 290 customers globally, is expected to announce its financial results for the year ended March 31 on May 28.
