New Delhi, July 7 -- DXC Technology on Tuesday inaugurated a 200,000-square-foot Customer Experience Centre in Bengaluru, strengthening its India operations as the IT services company seeks to help enterprises move artificial intelligence initiatives from pilot projects to large-scale deployment.
The new facility, one of DXC's largest global delivery hubs, will serve as a collaboration centre where customers, partners and DXC engineers can jointly design, test and deploy AI solutions integrated with enterprise technology environments.
The centre houses an AI Hub alongside cybersecurity and operations capabilities, including a Cyber Range, Security Operations Centre (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC) and digital forensics labs. The company said the integrated setup is designed to support enterprises through the entire AI lifecycle-from ideation and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operations.
"Our new Customer Experience Center brings together our engineering talent in a collaborative environment where we can co-create, engineer and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges," said Ramnath Venkataraman, President, Consulting & Engineering Services at DXC Technology.
The Bengaluru facility features customer experience zones, ideation studios, co-creation labs and partner collaboration spaces aimed at accelerating AI adoption across industries. DXC said the centre will showcase its capabilities spanning AI, cloud, cybersecurity, consulting, engineering and network transformation.
The investment comes as enterprises increasingly shift their focus from experimenting with generative AI to deploying production-grade AI systems integrated with existing applications and core business platforms.
"Our new Customer Experience Centre represents a powerhouse for AI innovation, engineering excellence and customer collaboration," said Rob Le Busque, President, Asia Pacific & Japan at DXC Technology. "By bringing together our consulting, engineering and operations expertise in one environment, we're helping customers accelerate AI adoption and build connected enterprises where people work alongside AI agents."
India remains a strategic delivery and engineering hub for DXC, with the company employing a significant portion of its global workforce in the country. The new Bengaluru facility further expands its customer engagement capabilities as demand for enterprise AI transformation, cloud modernisation and cybersecurity services continues to grow.
