Sri Lanka, Oct. 11 -- A special hospital management review meeting was held at the Apeksha Hospital in Maharagama recently to review the hospital's operations, improve the quality of patient care and discuss future development plans. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Health Dr. Hansaka Wijemuni and focused on ensuring uninterrupted cancer treatment through a structured and coordinated approach.

During the meeting, officials reviewed the hospital's progress and discussed several areas requiring urgent attention, including infrastructure development, medical supplies, radiotherapy facilities and staff shortages.
