Mysuru, June 30 -- She had projected it as heart attack but victim's brother had suspected foul play

A woman, who had strangled her husband to death and cooked up a story by projecting it as a heart attack, has been arrested by Kuvempunagar Police following a complaint from the deceased man's brother.

While the deceased is Nithyananda (50), a Manager at a vehicle showroom, the accused wife is 44-year-old Susheela, a teacher at a private school and residents of HUDCO Layout, Kuvempunagar in city.
