Mysuru, Nov. 6 -- Over 165 high school and PU students took part in the District Level Youth Parliament held at Abdul Nazir Sab Auditorium, Zilla Panchayat (ZP) premises, here this morning.

It was jointly organised by the District Administration, ZP, Department of Social Welfare, Department of School Education and Literacy, Department of Higher Education, Department of Law, Justice and Human Rights and the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA).

The event created awareness among students on functioning of democracy. 25 best student speakers will represent Mysuru at State-level Youth Parliament.
