India, June 6 -- Mysuru, June 6 - On his first day as Karnataka Chief Minister, D.K. Shivakumar (DKS) held a series of meetings with senior Government officials at Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru on June 4, issuing directions on administrative functioning and reviewing key issues.
Shortly after taking the oath, during a press interaction at Vidhana Soudha, the Chief Minister intervened to change the seating arrangement behind him, saying only designated officials should be present during official briefings.
