Mysuru, Sept. 27 -- Following the State Government's decision to annul the controversial 50:50 site allocation scheme of the erstwhile Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA), the Mysuru Development Authority (MDA) has filed a caveat in the Mysuru Civil Court against possible legal challenges to the cancellation of such sites.

Through the caveat, the Authority has requested that the Court not issue any interim stay or injunction orders without hearing MDA's position.
