Mysuru, Aug. 23 -- MDA begins process to annul Sale Deeds, Khatas of 1,100 sites

It is official. Following the State Government's decision to cancel the illegal allotment of 1,100 alternative sites under 50:50 ratio scheme by erstwhile Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA), the Mysuru Development Authority (MDA) has now initiated steps to annul the related Sale Deeds and Khata records.

Acting on the Government's orders, MDA in-charge Commissioner B.R. Mahesh has issued instructions to Local Bodies, including the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC), to cancel the Khata registrations and Sale Deeds of the sites.
