Mysore/Mysuru, April 20 -- Illicit affair leads to murder in Saragur; accused arrested within 24 hours

Saragur Police have arrested a man for allegedly murdering his paramour's husband and seized the car used in the crime.

Addressing a press meet at his office in the city yesterday, Mysuru Superintendent of Police Mallikarjun Baladandi said the deceased has been identified as Javarappa of Saragur taluk, while the accused, Siddesh, is a mason from Mavinahalli village in Jayapura hobli of Mysuru taluk.
