Mysuru, April 8 -- The University of Mysore Inter-Collegiate Chamundi Zone sports meet was held at JSS College for Women at Saraswathipuram in city recently.

The sports meet was inaugurated by S. Shruthi, Support Operations Specialist at a private firm and an alumna of the college, who opined that sports helps in building strong characters and careers.

She stressed the importance of sports in developing discipline and staying active.
