India, June 2 -- Mysuru, June 2 (KS)- The 'Lok Spandana' public feedback mechanism enables citizens to rate their experience at Police Stations through a station-specific QR code.

After completing their work at a Police station, visitors are expected to scan the dynamic QR code displayed on the premises using their smartphones.

The scan opens a structured feedback form containing around 14 questions covering various aspects of service delivery.

Citizens can assess parameters such as the conduct and courtesy of Police personnel, responsiveness to requests, quality of service and the overall functioning of the Police Station.

They can also provide ratings and additional comments based on their experience.
