Mysuru, Oct. 9 -- Higher Education Minister Basavaraj Raya Reddy reviewed the functioning of Mysore, Mandya, Hassan and Chamarajanagar Universities at Crawford Hall here on Wednesday. The Vice-Chancellors of all these Universities were present at the meeting.

The Minister sought inputs on the number of permanent faculty, teacher vacancies, guest lecturers and outsourced faculty from the VCs.

He also reviewed the Under-Graduate, Post-Graduate and all other courses offered by these Universities, the funding, sources of revenue, financial status, expenditures and such other things.
